TPK Elected as One of the 2009 Xiamen Enterprises Top 100

"Some Businesses Are Too Big to Fail". Even during the global financial crisis, a group of companies rose up against adversity to highlight their "dark horse" nature. This July, the long-awaited list of the 2009 Xiamen Enterprises Top 100 was finally released. At the Xiamen Entrepreneur Seminar & Presentation Ceremony on July 23, 100 companies selected from tens of thousands of enterprises in Xiamen City were presented the honor of being chosen for the 2009 Xiamen Enterprises Top 100 (rated according to sales performance in the previous year). Compared with the top 100 last year, there were numerous changes this year. However, Dell, C & D, and Xiamen ITG Group were still the top three on the list.

In 2007, TPK was ranked 59th among the Xiamen Top 100 though mass production only starting in June of that year. According to the organizer’s introduction, of the enterprises moving up by ten or more places in 2008, TPK was ranked 27th among the Xiamen Top 100 which was an ascension of 32 places, the biggest increase of the year. In the future, TPK will introduce leading-edge equipment, patented technologies, high-tech talent, and high-end customers to Xiamen to expand cross-strait cooperation, exchange, and attract upstream and downstream manufacturers to Xiamen to contribute to the expansion and reinforcement of the Haixi Optoelectronics Industrial Cluster.
